We’re a family-run, full service Machine Shop, founded on April 1st, 1982 by Air Force Veteran Thomas Wood.
We proudly serve Rocky Mount, North Carolina and its surrounding neighbors with quality service,

Wood's Machine Service Sorting and Inspection services are second to none. We are staffed with highly experienced quality assurance personnel with an extensive track record of sorting large volumes of product (We sort over one million parts annually,) while meeting the most demanding of timelines.

We are a full-service machine shop staffed with expert welders and fabricators, and outfitted with CNC Mills, Lathes, and a state of the art plasma cutting table, as well as cutting edge laser scan measuring capabilities via our Keyence XM Handled CMM, the only machine of its kind in a 40-mile radius!
We offer both production-run work as well as single part and prototype machining.
